陶源酒家

Char siew with abalone mushroom 叉烧的肉很有层次,这么小块的肉可尝得肥,中肥和瘦肉 

Chicken soup with shark fin (they used eel to stew)那个汤有点腥,米白的汤色显出此汤用了鱼类来煮的,服务员说它是用鳗鱼上汤和鸡一块煮

Prawn with japanese tofu with special sauce这道菜的酱汁越吃越觉得饱


Siew Yok with the most crispy skin i have ever taste 很脆的皮,加上芥末更好吃

The  seeweed dessert (in the front)... Not that special 员工极力推荐这个可跟燕窝媲美的海藻,可是味道很不特别
