Char siew with abalone mushroom 叉烧的肉很有层次，这么小块的肉可尝得肥，中肥和瘦肉

 

Chicken soup with shark fin (they used eel to stew)那个汤有点腥，米白的汤色显出此汤用了鱼类来煮的，服务员说它是用鳗鱼上汤和鸡一块煮

Prawn with japanese tofu with special sauce这道菜的酱汁越吃越觉得饱

Siew Yok with the most crispy skin i have ever taste 很脆的皮，加上芥末更好吃

The  seeweed dessert (in the front)... Not that special 员工极力推荐这个可跟燕窝媲美的海藻，可是味道很不特别

A professional photograher can't be short. HAHA
